Tippler is a social app that finds you the hangouts closest to where you are (GPS Dependent), and give you directions to it.

With a unique, common social wall; it allows you to leave notes and updates for these places, whether some-thing’s happening or not. So tell people if theres a surprise gig, or when theres extended happy hours, or just leave a happy shout out to find new friends!
